Engaging, Educating, Growing.
Since being founded in November 2016, the ACCA has worked diligently with local authorities and cannabis communities alike. Using a two-way communication approach, we have been able to successfully advocate for the cannabis community while educating. This first step was a critical pillar for the organization.
After understanding the need for dialogue, the organization went full force creating numerous contacts with professionals. These include researchers from the University of Waterloo, representatives from the Waterloo Regional Police Service, and members of the Kitchener Cannabis Club.
By having such an expansive network, we stay up to date with cannabis information and create a standard for consumers. Continuing to work with sponsors, industry professionals and municipal representatives, the ACCA aims to be the leader in cannabis education.
