The ACCA is a non-profit organization that survives from volunteers and donations. You can volunteer your skills to any of the four campaigns listed on this page. By helping a campaign, you're contributing towards a healthier cannabis community.

If you don't have the time to become involved in a campaign, making a donation is easy and always appreciated.

 

Researchers

Research is the foundation of education. By becoming a researcher, you will contribute to educational material for all aspects of cannabis. The following individuals should consider applying for this position:

  • Long-term consumers

Researchers can determine their own topic or they may choose from a list of selected topics.

Creators translate research into easy-to-read material. By becoming a creator, you will create educational material that will be distributed across Canada. The following individuals should consider applying for this position:

  • Graphic Designers
  • Strong Writers
  • Video Creators
  • Creative Individuals

Creators will be given information to creatively communicate any way they seem appropriate.

Educators

Educators are on the frontline of cannabis education. By becoming an educator, you will present prepared material to public groups and professionals. The following individuals should consider applying for this position:

  • Strong Public Speakers
  • Communication/PR Professionals
  • Influencers

Educators can choose their own audience or they may choose from a list of selected audiences.

Builders help shape our location. By becoming a builder, you will help create the first cannabis lounge in Waterloo Region. The following individuals should consider applying for this position:

Builder will be given directions for the project with an opportunity for creative design.
